    Luxurious rooms with great amenities. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of food with options for both Eastern and Western cuisine. Convenient location with easy access to nearby activities and attractions.

    Limited ocean views from some rooms. The pool area can get crowded during peak times.

    This hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities fulfilled our needs, including the Michelin, star, worthy food at the restaurant and the heated private pool with ocean views. the service provided was top, class and efficient whenever we used the valet service. There are a variety of restaurants available and breakfast is included. The indoor, outdoor, and seasonal swimming pools are small but lovely, and there is a sauna and garden area. Cons: the hotel was located up a hill across the road from the ocean, so beach access required a 10, minute walk. this minor issue was resolved by the hotel's free valet parking.

    The view from the balcony was amazing and the bed was comfortable. the pool was refreshing and never crowded. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. the nearby restaurants had great food and were reasonably priced. the beach was within walking distance and offered a lot of water activities.

    The room smelled musty and damp.

    I had such a great stay at this hotel. The staff member went out of their way to make me and my family feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were perfect, and the location near the shore was perfect for a morning stroll. As for cleanliness, the room exceeded my expectations, with ample amenities and a luxurious feel. Lastly, the breakfast was very good and had many options to choose from.

    We stayed near the Kariyushi Beach area and were a short walk away from the beach. Unfortunately, our room was not right on the beach. the room was spacious and had a comfortable king-sized bed. the bathroom had L'Occitane amenities and was well-stocked. the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many choices of Japanese and Western dishes.

    The hotel lacked nearby attractions and required a lot of driving to go anywhere.
